"Eclipse" is a song by Underworld, released under the name Lemon Interupt.

History

"Eclipse" was the 2nd release on Junior Boys Own and one of the most important" says Steve Hall md of JBO, "when I first met the guys they invited me to their studio and played me a ton of material they'd been working on. I had previously heard a demo of "Mmm skyscaper...I Love You" and had decided I wanted to sign Underworld to a label I ran through London/ffrr/Polygram. To convince the guys I was the right person for them I offered to release a couple of tracks on my newly formed vinyl only label so they could see what I could do. We choose the name Lemon Interupt so we could kick off the Underworld project fresh when the album deal was signed and I quickly released "Eclipse/Bigmouth" and "Dirty/Minneapolis", both Underground smashes that helped pave the way for 1993's album "Dubnobass....". This re-edit of "Eclipse" has never been released and is the work of Leo Zero, king of the nu disco/balearic movement and longtime Junior Boys Own fan.
